About Me

Me in the making.

I do obsess a bit about my work. (That’s a negative). Sometimes it’s time to give it back as no one will know the difference.

Ever since I was a kid I was good with my hands.
I was honored to be selected as one of three kids in 4th grade to attend Carnegie Mellon Art Institute in 4th grade and keep it up for a number of years. We worked with all kinds of medium: pencil, ink, water and oil colors, chalks, plaster, wire and wood. It was pretty amazing. Many times I see things no one else would. So I’m blessed to do something I enjoy. Always had a love for the old “Cowboy Gun” and now I get to preserve that history one gun at a time.

One of my favorite things to do (now that my son has graduated with a Business degree and is currently a Wildland Fire Fighter) is to adventure in the cool of the day for Indian artifacts or Dinosaur fossils. It’s not as often as I’d like but every other week or so I take the time to do.
I’ve been a single parent for 11 years now. It’s a nice little break.  I have two rescue dogs I make French toast for occasionally as a treat. They are great companions when I’m out and about in the badlands or prairie. I’m one of those that can imagine and fully immerse myself in the past of what it would have been like to travel all the miles from east to west looking to homestead with horses and wagon. Im not a city slicker anymore. Have a home on a hill and Proghorn Antelope come to visit to eat the green around my Buck and Rail fence out back.

I found what I love. I hope you take a chance and find what you love too.
I’ll be praying you do.
